Growing the workforce of current and future healthcare professionals is an industry crisis. Consequently, colleges and universities across the country are exploring creative pathways to enroll more learners and prepare a more diverse talent pool. This session will describe how Cabarrus College of Health Sciences is partially overcoming this challenge by starting an early college, the Cabarrus Health Sciences Institute, in its partnership with Cabarrus County Schools.

A Look at Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Nursing Education
